Reiki
Sessions

During a session you will remain fully clothed while placing on a massage table or sitting on a chair. Other adjustments can be made to suit any health problems or disabilities.

A series of hand positions, gently applied on or just above areas of the body, are used to feel areas of energy imbalance, and help stimulate and support your self-healing. A calm and deeply relaxed state is encouraged for restorative healing.

Reiki therapy is not a substitute for qualified medical care, but it can be used safely in conjunction with medical or therapeutic treatment.

Distance Reiki sessions.

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical when I first started performing distance Reiki healing and Reiki circles. Yet as I practiced throughout my training, it became easier to set up energetic links to the people I was working with.  During sessions, which I'll often do over the phone, I've had people ask if I was just working on a particular area, or say things like, "I felt my toes tingling just now." And indeed, it would be the place where I was working. Regardless of distance, Reiki can have benefits such as increasing feelings of relaxation, happiness, empowerment, and ease.

All sessions include an additional 10-15 minute consultation to discuss topics, healing goals, and lifestyle recommendations to support your well-being.
